HOW TO ORDER:
We offer both online shopping and shopping in person at our retail location on 629 Bedford Hwy (bottom of Larry Uteck Blvd), Halifax.
· Order online - our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. We process payments using a secure payment processor - Pay Pal Secure Account Transfer Service which accepts most major credit cards.

All prices listed in Canadian Currency.
We try to keep out inventory online up-to-date, however, occasionally items are back ordered or temporarily out of stock. If an online order is placed and an item is inadvertently shown in stock when it is actually temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible for other options, i.e. change to another item or cancel the item.
The pricing available online is equivalent to that available in our retail store. In the event of a discrepancy - typographical or otherwise - the pricing in our retail store shall be taken as the correct pricing. We reserve the right to bill or refund any difference in pricing that may occur as a result of a typographical error.
All special orders must be paid for in full prior to ordering. If the time is a specialty item and is a non-stock item for us, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Otherwise, all other special orders fall under are regular return policy, see below.
Please allow us up to 72 hours to process your order! If it is an urgent order and you want to make sure that everything you are ordering are in stock, please contact us before placing your order.

Taxes are billed based on the destination location of the order, not the originating address.
Outside of Canada:
No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.
Most packages are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service within Canada and include parcel tracking and $100 insurance. If extra insurance is requested, it will be billed in addition to shipping.

Fluffy Bottom Babies cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected packages.

You will notice that the majority of items sold through Fluffy Bottom Babies have very little or no packaging. We will continue to work with our suppliers to ensure there is less waste going into our landfills. Additionally, in effort to continue being green and kinder to the planet, we will no longer be including invoices with packages. When you place your order through the cart (online store) an invoice is generated and sent to you via email. This is your invoice. We will also use recycled packaging to mail out packages whenever possible.
When shopping at our storefront, we will only be providing bags when necessary. If you feel you do not need a shopping bag or your are able to bring your own it would be much appreciated!
If you are buying a gift and would like your item wrapped, please leave a note in the comment field upon checkout. A gift note can be added at no charge, a handmade blank gift cards are available for $5.00 plus tax.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we strive to provide you with on-going support to help you select the products most appropriate for your family. Please feel free to ask as many questions as needed before placing your order to help ensure you are totally happy with your purchase.
We offer a 14 day period for refunds (minus the original shipping charge) on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging from the day you receive your order as confirmed by Canada Post tracking. After 14 days and no later than 30 days after your purchase, we offer exchanges for in-store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
All online orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by Nurtured Products for Parenting Inc. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
We require the following information to process an exchange/return:
· Customer’s Name
· Mailing Address
· Description of products for return or exchange
· Reason for return/exchange
· How you would like your return handled: refund, in-store credit, or exchange.
Return shipping to Nurtured Products for Parenting for all returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of goods received by the customer not matching those ordered.
In Store Purchases:
We offer refunds on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging up to 14 days after purchase with receipt or online order confirmation. Exchanges are available on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging up to 30 days after purchase with receipt or online order confirmation. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Used, soiled, washed, products of a personal nature or unpackaged products will not be accepted for exchanges or returns.
Payments will be refunded using the original method of payment. All credit card transactions will be returned to a credit card, debit transactions may be returned in cash. All other returns will be processed by in store credit.
Cancelling an Order:
If you choose to cancel an order prior to shipping there will be a 10% restocking fee charged (on the items, not shipping). Our items are gathered and packaged very quickly. The 10% restocking fee covers our lost fees from having to toss away labels and packaging that we have already used towards your order.
If you obtain an item that has a manufacturer's defect or the item becomes defective with use, we will assist you to replace or repair the item. However, in some cases we may need to put you directly in contact with the manufacturer, as this is their policy. All items shipped for defective reasons are at the expense of the customer.
Gently Used Diaper Purchase:
If you purchase a gently used cloth diaper please be advised that all items are final sale and cannot be returned.
USE OF COUPONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Any and all coupons, coupon codes, discounts and special offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Previous and pending orders are not eligible for new promotions.
Only one coupon can be applied per order and must be entered at the time of sale (checkout) and conditions of use for each coupon must be met. They have no cash value and can only be applied towards store merchandise. They cannot be applied towards previous purchases. Coupons, coupon codes, discounts and specials cannot be used towards package deals or products that are on sale or clearance, nor can they be used towards the purchase of our gift certificates. Unless otherwise noted, conditions of coupon use must be met or we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
To prevent use and abuse of our coupons, we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Unless otherwise noted, all coupons expire in 30 days from issue date.
