I am a stay at home mum to wonderful little boy. He keeps me very busy when I’m not processing orders! I first started using cloth diapers when my son was 6 months old. A friend suggested it as she was using them and said they were fantastic! I was sceptical at first and all those questions raced through my mind, “Ewww aren’t they stinky and gross??”, “Don’t they leak??”, and the ever popular question “Do you spend all day, everyday washing diapers?”. Well when I started doing my research I was pleasantly surprised. No they are not stinky and gross, they definitely do not leak (well, not very often anyway!), and it’s just a few more loads of laundry a week! Besides all that, they were not full of chemicals against my precious baby’s skin and I felt we could do our small part in helping out the environment. Weighing up all the pros and cons I couldn’t think of a single reason why I should not use cloth diapers.

 

I came across Fluffy Bottom Babies on my cloth diaper purchasing hunt. The site had a great selection and good prices. The owner was very helpful too! A few weeks after I bought a few things a new sign went up on the site saying she was closing down. I was super disappointed! It was my new favourite place to shop! After a conversation with hubby, we inquired to see if the business was for sale. Well it was…..so we bought it! And the rest is history.
