Privacy Policy
At Fluffy Bottom Babies we are committed to protecting your privacy.  Your personal information, including email address, postal address and phone number, will never be used for any purpose other than the processing of your order.  We will not share, trade or sell any customer information.
 
Payment Information
For Canadian orders we accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure online merchant processor or by phone.  We also accept Paypal, money orders or all major credit cards via Paypal.  Please send Money Orders to:  131 Silver Maple Drive, Timberlea, NS, B3T 1H7

For U.S. orders we accept Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard payments only.

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
 
Shipping Policies
All Canadian packages are shipped Expedited Parcel which includes a tracking number and $100.00 of insurance.

We offer free pickup for local residents. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, although most times your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

$100.00 and up    =  FREE SHIPPING
 
Special shipping rates apply for smaller packages that can be mailed through lettermail, such as Snappi diaper fasteners and some single pocket diapers/covers.  If you are purchasing smaller items that will fit in a flat envelope, please contact me after placing your order and I will adjust the shipping rate for you.  If you believe your item can be shipped through lettermail, please contact me prior to placing your order.  If you choose to use this method of shipping, there is no insurance or tracking number provided.

$30.00 - $99.99 = $14.95
$100.00 and up  = FREE SHIPPING
 
Orders shipped to the US do not include shipping insurance or a tracking number.  If you require insurance please contact us prior to ordering.  We will not be held responsible for any packages shipped without insurance that are lost in the mail.  You will be responsible for any taxes and duty you may incur at the border.  

We're sorry, but we do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time.
 
Taxes
All Canadian orders are taxed following provincial and federal guidelines.  Orders shipped within Canada will be charged 5% Government Sales Tax (GST) or 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador.
 
Taxes do not apply to any orders shipped outside of Canada.  U.S. customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.
 
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund or to exchange an item, please contact us prior to shipping your package.  We reserve the right to refuse any package that has not had prior approval by Fluffy Bottom Babies for return or exchange.  We will need the following information to process and exchange/refund:
  • Customer's Name
  • Customer's Address
  • Description of product(s) for return/exchange and reason for returning/exchanging the product  
  • Whether you are interested in a refund or exchange
  • Date of purchase
Please send all return/exchange requests to admin@fluffybottombabies.ca.  We will then contact you with further instructions to process your return/exchange.  Please feel free to ask us as many questions as needed before making purchases in order to help ensure that you will be happy with your purchase and you are buying the right products for your child/family.  If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order as confirmed by Canada Post tracking.  After 14 days, you may return the item for in-store credit, up to a maximum of 30 days after receiving your order.  After 30 days, all sales are final.  All return shipping costs for refunds/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned or exchanged products must be in new/unused/unwashed condition with tags or packaging attached, if applicable.  Used, washed or unpackaged products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
 
Product Defects
All defective products are handled by the manufacturer.  If you require assistance in dealing with a product defect, please contact us and we will help you.  Return shipping to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer.
 
Inventory
While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can and sometimes do occur. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of cancelling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item comes back in stock (if applicable).
