Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unopened (with original packaging) or defective merchandise at our store within 14 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the form of our store gift cards. We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Without an original sales receipt/invoice/gift receipt, we are unable to accept any returns.

We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been opened, used, damaged or are not clean. We like to ensure a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase a returned item and cannot in all confidence put items back on the shelf knowing they do not meet the above criteria.

After 14 days, ALL SALES are FINAL - No exchanges or returns will be accepted!

Online Store Returns

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased through our web store may be returned by mail or in-store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds on returns will be provided in the form of our store gift cards.

Option 1: Return to our store. 

You may return items purchased online to our store in Sunnyside Mall, Bedford or Bayer's Lake, Halifax.
Be sure to bring your receipt with you.

Option 2: Return by mail.

You must prepay postage at the point of return. We cannot accept cash on delivery packages. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the exact shipping will be deducted before issuing the amount on a gift cards.

Cancelling Online Orders

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it ships, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

We may charge a non-refundable deposit when you place your order.
