Job Title:Part-Time Sales Associate/Assistant Manager
Description:

The successful candidates must be customer oriented, responsible with strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to absorb and retain extensive product information.

Responsibilities

To ensure all customers receive exceptional service by providing a friendly, professional environment

To assist customers with purchase decisions and address customer inquiries regarding various products
-
To assist in merchandising and display maintenance
-
To conduct all store transactions using both cash and credit cards
-
To promote merchandise sales from floor inventory and mail orders
-
To be responsible for shipping, receiving and data input of store merchandise
-
To stock all merchandise, reporting shortage to store owner
-
To update and main store inventory through POS system
-
To maintain store aesthetics, including dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, refolding merchandise and cleaning of all surfaces
-
To follow all policies and procedures of Fluffy Bottom Babies
-
To perform other tasks as directed
Job Knowledge & Education Level:
-
1+ year retail experience required
-
Mmust be familiar with all areas of retail sales service, including correct telephone etiquette, proper cash sales handling.

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Experience in and/or knowledge of the industry considered an asset either from working in the industry or from being a mom (especially cloth diapering and baby wearing)

Computer literate

Strong verbal communication skills, friendly and professional manner

Working Hours:

Part time position – 14-21 hours / week, may include weekdays, evenings and Saturdays
